1 garlic clove
1 tsp sunflower oil
10 ozs Vegetable broth
1 small red chili pepper
3 ½ ozs
1 Tbsp Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the broccoli florets. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the oil in a pot, then add the onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until soft, then add the broccoli and cook an additional 5 minutes.

3.

Add the broth and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Rinse and finely chop the chili.

4.

Add the milk, bring to a boil, then puree. Stir in the creme fraiche, then season with salt and pepper. Divide the soup into 2 bowls and garnish with the diced chili.
