- 8 ozs Spiral pasta
- 4 ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
- ¼ head Iceberg lettuce
- 6 ozs Cherry tomatoes
- ½ Cucumber
- 2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package directions until al dente. Then drain, rinse and drain well.

Rinse lettuce, trim carefully and cut into strips.
3.
Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes.
4.
Rinse cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices.
5.
Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl.
6.
Mix yogurt with creme fraiche, honey, lemon juice, mustard and mayonnaise until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and add to the rest of the ingredients in the bowl. Mix well and add chives and sunflower seeds. Season to taste and serve.
