- 21 ozs Pork loin (or tenderloin)
- 7 ozs Chestnut mushroom (sliced)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- ⅜ cup dry white wine
- ⅞ cup vegetable stock
- ⅜ cup cream (48% fat)
- salt
- freshly ground White pepper
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- To garnish
- snipped Chives
- To serve
- boiled Rice

1 deep bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 große Bowl, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Fine grater, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Coarse grater, 1 Kitchen scale, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Rubber spatula, 12 Baking cups, 1 Muffin tin mit 12 Mulden, 1 Wooden skewer, 1 mittlere Bowl, 1 Rolling pin, 1 kleine Cookie cutter (Hase), 1 Wire rack
Preparation steps

Heat the butter in a pan and gently cook the onions and garlic until softened but not browned.

Stir in the flour, then stir in the wine and stock. Simmer for a few minutes and then gently stir in the cream and simmer to the desired consistency, or add a little stock if too thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat and mushrooms for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper.

Place on warm serving plates and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with chives.
5.
Serve with rice as desired.
