125 grams Pastry flour
2 eggs
¼ l milk
2 Tbsps butter
250 grams Quark
200 grams Sour cream
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 egg yolks
3 egg whites
2 Tbsps sugar
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the flour, whole eggs and the milk thoroughly. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix together.

2.

Grease a pan and fry about 10 thin crêpes. Keep warm.

Rinse the strawberries, pat dry, quarter and cut into thin slices.

3.

Combine the quark, sour cream, lemon juice and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and carefully fold into the cheese mixture. Stir in the strawberries.

4.

Spoon the strawberry filling onto the crêpes, fold over and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
