Ingredients
200 grams grated Cheese (such as cheddar, goat cheese and Beaufort)
1 tsp pink peppers
1 tsp Poppy seeds
1 tsp Coriander

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a cutter or cake ring of about 4 cm diameter (approximately 1 1/2 inches), scatter small heaps of grated cheese on the sheet.

2.

Remove the ring and season the cheese with pepper, poppy seeds or coriander. Place wooden skewers over the piles of cheese and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese starts to brown slightly.

Remove from the sheet and leave to cool before serving.
