Mayonnaise (or dijon mustard)
8 slices grated Cheddar cheese
12 slices oven-roasted, deli Turkey
12 slices deli honey ham
8 Bacon
1 large, ripe Tomato
8 Lettuce

Preparation steps

1.
Using a sharp knife, slice each of the croissants in half.
2.
Spread mayonnaise, mustard, or your favorite dressing on the cut side of the bottom half of each croissant.
3.
Layer the bottom half of each croissant with a slice of cheese, 3 slices oven-roasted turkey, 3 slices honey ham, remaining cheese slice, bacon, sliced tomato and lettuce.
4.
Spread mayonnaise, mustard or dressing of your choosing on the cut side of the top half of each croissant. Place the top half of the croissant on top of all the layers. Arrange sandwiches on individual luncheon plates and serve.
