- 300 grams fresh Fava bean
- 100 grams ham
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- 7 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps White balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 slices Ciabatta
Preparation steps
1.
Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Remove from the water, rinse under cold water, and drain well.
2.
Julienne the ham. Peel the onions and garlic. Halve the onion, and julienne. Halve the garlic. Sauté the onions in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the ham, mix until combined, and remove from the heat.

Mix 4 tablespoons of olive oil, the lemon juice, and the vinegar in a bowl. Add the beans and the ham mixture, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the ciabatta with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toast on both sides in a pan. Rub the toasted ciabatta with the garlic, top with the bean mixture, and serve immediately.
