Preparation steps

Peel the garlic. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut into slices. Slice the mozzarella cheese. Toast the slices of bread in the oven until golden brown.

Rub the bread slices on one side with the garlic, then drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with the tomatoes, mozzarella, and the basil leaves. Sprinkle with a little salt and serve immediately.
