- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup sofrito
- 2 Tbsps sliced green olives
- 1 packet Goya Sazon
- 3 cups cooked Long grain rice
- 1 pkg plantain (frozen and ripe; 300 g)
Preparation steps

Combine water, sofrito, olives and sazon in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice; cover and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes, until hot. Heat the plantains and serve over rice.
