2 large Cucumber (washed and dried)
2 red chili peppers
2 Tbsps black Sesame seeds
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.
Using a vegetable peeler, cut strips of cucumber lengthways and place in a large bowl.
2.
Using a sharp knife, cut the ends off the chillies and slice them open lengthways. Carefully remove the seeds and white membranes and discard them. Cut the chillies into thin strips and add them to the cucumber.
3.
Carefully mix the sesame seeds and oil with the cucumber and chilli slices, season with a little salt then arrange on a serving dish.
