2 garlic cloves
300 grams Natural yogurt (1.5% fat)
Iodized salt (with fluoride)
freshly ground peppers
1 splash lemon juice
4 Radish
2 green chili peppers
200 grams cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Peel the cucumber and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Peel the garlic, finely chop, and mash finely with the cucumber. Stir in the yogurt and season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Rinse and trim the radishes, then thinly slice or shave them. Rinse and slice the chilis. Rinse the shrimp, then pat dry. Julienne half of the shrimp.

Adjust the seasoning of the soup, then transfer into bowls. Top with the sliced radish, sliced chilis, whole shrimp, and julienned shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
