- 300 grams fresh red Currants
- 300 grams cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 16 Crackers
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Gently rinse currants, pluck from stems if necessary and drain well.
2.
Mix cream cheese and honey and add lemon juice to taste. Spoon cream cheese mixture onto crackers and garnish with currants and mint to serve.
