- 2 handfuls Dandelion greens
- ½ head Iceberg lettuce
- 2 carrots
- 150 Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
- 60 grams Walnut
- 4 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse and spin dry dandelion, tear into smaller pieces if needed. Rinse and dry lettuce, cut into strips. Peel carrots and slice diagonally. Dice cheese.

Chop walnuts coarsely and mix with all prepared ingredients in a bowl. Whisk vinegar with oil and 1-2 tablespoons of water and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Drizzle salad with the dressing and serve.
