- Garlic chive
- Red onions
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- Iodized salt
- white peppers
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Dandelion greens
- 2 Tomatoes
- 40 grams black olives
- 50 grams Feta
- 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
Preparation steps

For the dressing: Chop the garlic chives. Cut the onion into rings. Whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, honey and oil, season with salt and pepper then stir in the garlic chives and onion.

For the salad: Trim the dandelion greens and tear into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes and olives on a serving plate. Cut the feta into cubes and sprinkle over the salad. Drizzle with the dressing and serve with the bread.
