Dried Pointed peppers provide us with a lot of blood pressure-regulating potassium and skin-rejuvenating beta-carotene, because drying largely preserves these vital substances - very much to our advantage.
The pepperoni crushes will keep for a few months in a dark place, packed in an airtight container. If you want to have hot bell pepper chips, cut the pointed peppers in half before drying, remove the seeds and partitions and sprinkle with a little salt after drying. A dehydrator is also suitable for drying the pods.

Preparation steps
Clean peppers, wash, pat dry and spread on a clean baking sheet.
Dry the pods in a preheated oven at 90 °C / 195 ˚ F convection oven with the door slightly open (to do this, clamp a wooden spoon handle between the door and the oven) for 6-8 hours; check in between: The pods should no longer be soft, but dry.
