- 2 cups Kale (chopped)
- 2 sticks Celery (peeled and diced)
- ½ small Banana (diced)
- 1 cup Apple juice
- 1 ½ cups cold water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup crushed Ice

Cut out the centre ribs from the kale as these can be tough.
Preparation steps

Combine the kale, celery, banana, apple juice, water, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender.

Stir well and blend on high until frothy.

Add the ice and blend again until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
