4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Red onions (thinly sliced)
1 tsp Mustard seed (roughly crushed)
4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 Star fruit (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Bring a large pot of salt water to the boil, add the savory and the beans and blanche for approx. 6 minutes. Drain and quench with cold water.
2.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions. Add the mustard seeds and the beans. Season with ground black pepper and vinegar and transfer into a bowl. Garnish with star fruit.
