- 36 ozs mainly waxy potatoes
- 3 Tbsps Canola oil
- salt
- 2 parsley
- coarse Sea salt
Preparation steps

Peel and wash potatoes and cut into approx. 1/2-inch thick fries. Mix with oil and a little salt on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F for approx. 35 minutes, turning the fries occasionally.

Meanwhile, wash parsley, shake dry and chop leaves coarsely. Serve oven fries sprinkled with parsley and coarse sea salt.
