1 Cutting board, 1 Salad spinner, 1 flache Platter, 1 Large knife, 1 Paper towel, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Aluminum foil, 1 großer Pot mit Deckel, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Grater, 1 Small bowl, 1 Toaster, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Baking sheet

Preparation steps

Slice two of the aubergines into 1 cm|1/4 inch slices; brush with a little oil and grill until lightly browned on both sides but still firm. Set aside.

Dice the other aubergine. Heat the remaining oil in a large pan and cook the onion until translucent. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for 2 minutes then add the aubergines and peppers. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and the herbs and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Construct the towers by layering the grilled aubergine with the sauce and the cubed tofu. Garnish with sprigs of oregano and dried chillis.
