150 grams sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ Vanilla bean (split and scraped)
1 tsp Lemon peel
100 milliliters dry Red wine
150 grams blue Plum
2 tsps cornstarch

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse elderberries, pat dry, carefully remove stems and bring to boil in saucepan with sugar, spices, lemon zest and wine. Rinse plums, halve, pit, chop and add to pan.

2.

Simmer jam over medium heat for about 10 minutes and thicken with cornflour dissolved in cold water. Remove pot from heat, pour jam in bowl and leave to cool.
