Preparation steps

1.

To keep all the ingredients hot before serving, ideally preheat the oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F).

2.

Add 1 tablespoon oil in a hot frying pan and fry the bacon until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Place in the oven to keep warm. Fry the sausages in the same pan on all sides slowly for about 10 minutes until nice brown.

3.

Meanwhile, heat beans in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally, and boil. Simmer for several minutes.

4.

When the sausages turn brown and get cooked, put them in the oven.

5.

Toast the white bread until golden brown and cut each slice in half diagonally (sprinkle with butter, to taste).

6.

Fry four eggs separately in a hot pan in the remaining oil. Season lightly with salt.

7.

Arrange all the prepared hot ingredients over warmed plates, and serve with the toast.
