- 2 Oranges
- 3 Tbsps raisins
- 125 grams Golden syrup
- 175 grams Pastry flour
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground clove
- 125 grams butter
- 75 grams sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsps milk
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Fill a deep tray with water about 2-3 cm (approximately 1 inch) and place in the oven tp heat. Grease six ramekins.

Peel oranges and cut out sections. Divide with raisins into the ramekins and add 1 tablespoon of syrup to each. For the dough, mix together flour, cinnamon and cloves. Whip butter and sugar until fluffy and gradually stir in eggs and remaining syrup. Stir in flour alternately with the milk until a smooth batter is formed. Pour into ramekins and cover each with a piece of aluminum foil. Using kitchen string tie around the ramekins, place in the water bath in the oven and bake for about 1 hour.

Remove from oven, let cool, turn out onto plates and serve.
