Preparation steps

1.

Mix the cream cheese with the mascarpone, lime juice, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Chill in the refrigerator.

2.

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into columns. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Rinse the figs and also cut into slices. Remove the gooseberries from their skins and cut into thin slices.

3.

Arrange the fruit on plates along with the cream and serve dusted with cinnamon.
