- 1 Mango (flesh cut away from stone)
- 2 Banana (sliced)
- 1 cup natural Yogurt
- 6 Tbsps crushed Ice
- To garnish
- 1 Passion fruit (halved)
Preparation steps
1.
Score the mango flesh into slices and cut away from the skin. Reserve a couple of slices of mango.
2.
Put the rest of the mango into a blender with the banana and natural yogurt. Blend together until smooth.
3.
Add the crushed ice and blend together again. Pour into 2 glasses.
4.
Scoop out the seeds and juice from the passion fruit and spoon on top of the smoothies with the reserved mango slices.
