Preparation steps
Halve papaya, peel and scoop the seeds into a blender. Dice the flesh and add to blender.
Rinse cucumber thoroughly and cut 2 thin slices for garnish. Peel remaining cucumber, cut into cubes and add to blender.
Remove orange peel with a sharp knife, including bitter white pith, following the curve of the fruit. Cut 2 thin slices of orange and reserve for garnish.
Dice remaining orange and add to blender along with the ice cubes. Puree until smooth. Pour into a tall serving glass, garnish with cucumber and orange slices and serve immediately.
