Rinse and peel the carrots and celery. Trim and rinse the leeks. Cut two carrots and one leek into small pieces. Peel the onion and garlic.

Rinse the chicken thoroughly, rub with the spices, and place with the prepared vegetables and the water in the pressure cooker. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and wait 3 minutes, until the pressure has dissipated. Remove the chicken broth from the pressure cooker. Peel the kohlrabi and rinse and trim the zucchini. Cut the kohlrabi, zucchini and the remaining carrots and leeks into sticks. Heat broth in another pot and cook the vegetables in it for 10 minutes. Remove the chicken meat from the bones, cut into small pieces, add to pot and season with salt and pepper.
