1 Pot, 1 Sieve, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board
Preparation steps

Wash the potatoes and steam for about 30 minutes. Then peel, push through a potato ricer and leave to steam dry. Pick off and roughly chop the parsley leaves.

Peel and finely dice the onion and mix with the potatoes along with the parsley and eggs. Add a little potato starch, so that the mixture is not too runny. However it should be quite moist so that the cakes contain pieces of cooked egg white. Season with salt and nutmeg. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes each side. Serve garnished with marjoram.
