10 cups Brussels sprouts (cored and separated into the individual leaves)
2 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 dried chili pepper
1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
freshly grated Nutmeg

Preparation steps

1.
Blanch the sprouts in salted water for approx. 1 minute. Rinse in cold water and drain thoroughly.

Heat a frying pan and add the butter and oil. Crumble in the chilli and add the crushed garlic. Add the sprouts and fry gently, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg.
