This delicious summer-time salad is rich in protein from the prosciutto and cheese and antioxidants from the figs.
Feel free to use whichever lettuce base you want for this salad. Arugula is particularly delicious.

- 4 mixed salad
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 4 ripe Figs (halved)
- 2 large Mozzarella
- 6 Tbsps Pomegranate seed
- 4 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
Preparation steps

Arrange the salad leaves on 4 serving plates and top with the prosciutto, figs, and torn mozzarella.

Scatter over the pomegranate seeds and drizzle over the olive oil. Serve immediately.
