150 grams honey
50 grams brown sugar
50 grams butter
300 grams Oats
20 grams Sesame seeds
Red currant jelly

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the figs into small pieces. Gently warm the honey, sugar and butter in a large saucepan until melted and combined.

2.

Bring to a boil then add the oats and sesame seeds. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

3.

Spread out over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let cool. Break into pieces and serve with currant jelly.
