Nutritional values
Figs are not only aromatic, but also good suppliers of calcium and potassium, two minerals that ensure smooth transmission of nerve impulses and unimpeded muscle contraction.
Pay attention to the ripeness when buying fresh figs. Ripe fruits are soft, but not squishy, have a pleasant smell and yield slightly to careful pressure.

Boil the milk with the split vanilla bean in a saucepan. Add the rice and simmer gently for about 35 minutes over low heat until soft, stirring several times.
Rinse the rosemary and pluck the leaves. Rinse and halve the figs. Caramelize 1 tablespoon honey with the sugar and the butter in a saucepan. Add the figs with the rosemary, remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.
