1 pinch salt
8 ripe, large Figs
1 handful mixed Nut (for garnish such as hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds)

Preparation steps

For the cream, soak the cashews in water about 5 hours. Then drain them in a colander, rinse and puree with the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and salt in a blender. If the mixture is too hard, mix in another 1-2 tablespoons of water, then season.

2.

Rinse the figs, pat dry and cut each crosswise at the top. Push apart a little and fill each with nut cream. Garnish with some nuts and serve.
