1 Pot, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Jar oder Schraubglas mit Deckel, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and grease a baking dish with oil.

Mix the ricotta with 1 egg and season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir in the garlic.
3.
Dry roast the pine nuts in a frying pan. Chop and add to the ricotta mixture.
4.
Blanche the spinach in boiling salt water until it wilts. Drain and quench with cold water. Wring out and chop.
5.
Stir the spinach into the ricotta mixture and then transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a plain nozzle.
6.
Pipe the filling into the cannelloni and place them into the prepared baking dish
7.
Mix together the cream and the remaining eggs and season with salt and ground black pepper. Pour over the cannelloni, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and butter and bake for 40-45 minutes.
