Preparation steps
1.
Blanch the spinach leaves for a few seconds in boiling salted water. Refresh under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Steam the haddock with the dill for 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water according to packet instructions. Drain and lay side by side on baking paper and brush with olive oil.

Lay a piece of haddock fillet and 2 spinach leaves along one side of each sheet. Drizzle over 1 tbsp soy sauce and a little grated nutmeg and seasoning.
5.
Roll up to form a cylinder. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Meanwhile warm the béchamel sauce in a pan.
6.
Place the cannelloni in a buttered baking dish and spoon over the béchamel. Flash under a hot grill until bubbling.
