1 sprig bay leaves
½ garlic clove
2 sprigs Tarragon
4 small chili peppers
3 sprigs thyme
1 bunch Sage
1 sprig rosemary

Preparation steps

1.

Place the bay leaf in a bottle. Peel the garlic and place in another bottle with the tarragon.

2.

Split the chile peppers and place in a third bottle with the thyme.

3.

Place the sage in another bottle with sage and the rosemary in another.

4.

Pour 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of vinegar into each making sure the ingredients are covered.

5.

Seal well and store in a dark place for 2-4 weeks.

6.

If desired, strain the vinegar or simply leave the ingredients in the vinegar.
