Preparation steps

Rinse the mint and spread some between the tea cups. Pour the remaining mint with the green tea in a pot. Pour 1 liter (approximately 4.5 cups) of boiling water over the tea. Let infuse for about 3 minutes. Strain and pour into the tea cups. Sweeten to taste with sugar. Serve hot.
