Nutritional values

Leaf for leaf a healthy treat: spinach is not only a culinary delight, but also has an impressive folate (folic acid) content. Folic acid belongs to the group of B vitamins and is immensely important, especially for women who want to have children and pregnant women, because it has been proven to prevent so-called neural tube defects (malformations) in the unborn child. However, the pregnancy vitamin is quite "sensitive" and can easily be lost in heat and light. So the short cooking time is just right!

A perfectly fried fried egg is a must for this classic. With these tips it is guaranteed to succeed: Melt some butter in a non-stick frying pan. This way you can easily remove the egg from the pan later. Break the egg in the middle of one edge and let it slide carefully into the hot fat. Add a little salt and pepper, fried on one or both sides - we leave that to your taste!
