500 grams Asian Egg noodle
2 chili peppers
1 bunch Garlic chive
4 Tbsps sesame oil
bright soy sauce
salt
2 Blood orange

Preparation steps

1.

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

Rinse and dry chile peppers, chop finely.

3.

Rinse and halve garlic chives.

4.

Heat oil in a pan and saute chile peppers and garlic chives briefly. Add noodles and saute for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, not stirring.Turn over and cook on the other side until golden brown. Squeeze juice of one orange and add to noodles. Season with soy sauce and salt to taste and arrange on a large plate. Cut another orange into quarters and garnish noodles with them. Serve.
