- 150 grams Chinese egg noodle
- 150 grams Peas (frozen)
- 150 grams Snow peas
- 150 grams shrimp (ready to cook)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
Preparation steps

Cook the egg noodles according to package information.

Thaw the peas. Rinse the snow peas, trim and cut in halves diagonally. Rinse the shrimps and pat dry.

Blanch the snow peas and peas in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp in it for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and fry briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Remove the shrimp from the pan and keep warm.

Add the noodles, peas and snow peas to the same pan, season with soy sauce, salt and pepper, and stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve with the shrimp in small bowl.
