1 kilogram Boiled potato (from the day before)
2 red onions
Bell pepper (1 red & 1 green)
2 stalks Leeks
2 Tbsps rosemary
1 tsp Caraway
3 Tbsps clarified butter
300 grams streaky Bacon
2 Tbsps marjoram
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds and ribs, rinse and cut into strips.

2.

Peel the onions and cut into rings. Rinse the leeks, remove the green section and cut the rest into rings.

Heat the butter and fry the potato slices with the rosemary and caraway. Remove from the pan.

3.

Sauté the vegetables, bacon and marjoram in the remaining butter and stir in the potatoes again.

Season everything with salt and pepper and serve in the pan.
