2 Tbsps butter
½ tsp sugar
Sea salt
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the radishes and cut into quarters. Set some leaves aside for the garnish.

Sauté the radishes in some butter and season with salt. Add the sugar, deglaze with the broth, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until soft.

Finally, remove the lid and let the liquid evaporate. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice and serve garnished with chopped radish leaves.
