- 200 grams Rice
- 2 scallions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 stalks Lemongrass
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 carrots
- 100 grams Snow peas
- 50 grams small Baby corn cob
- 100 grams soybean sprout
- 50 milliliters sesame oil
- 50 milliliters soy sauce
- 4 red Sea bream fillets (ready to cook)
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Cook rice according to package directions and let cool. Cut lemon and scallions into rings. Cut carrots into matchsticks and snow peas into strips. Cut baby corn in half and rinse bean sprouts. Halve, seed and finely dice chili pepper and peeled garlic. Heat sesame oil in a wok or a roasting pan. Sauté vegetables except bean sprouts, deglaze with soy sauce. Add rice and fry well. Finally, stir in bean sprouts.

Cut fish into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper and sear on all sides in a pan with vegetable oil. Spoon rice into bowls, top with fish and before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
