For the shrimp
300 grams shrimp (ready to cook, with tail fins)
3 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps olive oil
juice of lemons

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the shrimp, cut along the intestine with a sharp knife and remove. Peel garlic and chop finely, mix with lemon juice and olive oil. Pour over shrimp and leave for 30 minutes, then cook in a pan for about 4 - 5 minutes.

Trim scallions, rinse and cut into rings.

Mix mustard, sugar and vinegar, stir in the oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix with the scallions and shrimp. Arrange on plates, season with coarsely ground pepper and serve.
