- 28 ozs Apricot (pitted and halved)
- 5 ozs Marzipan
- 0.333 cup butter
- 3 eggs (separated)
- ¾ cup Almond flour
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- To decorate
- sliced almonds
- powdered sugar

1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Melon baller, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 flache Casserole dish (ca. 3 l Inhalt), 1 Can opener, 1 Bowl
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Butter 4 individual baking dishes.

Beat together the marzipan, butter and egg yolks until smooth.
3.
Spread the mixture over the apricots, cut side up. Place in the baking dishes.
4.
Mix together the ground almonds and cornflour.
5.
Whisk the egg whites until firm, then gradually whisk in the sugar until stiff.
6.
Fold into the almond mixture and place spoonfuls in the baking dishes. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
7.
Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbling and piping hot. Sift icing sugar over the top.
