- 2 cups fresh Raspberries
- 2 cups fresh Blueberries
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
- 2 Tbsps granulated sugar
- ½ cup low-fat milk (1%)
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar for sprinkling (optional)
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Coat custard cups or ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.

Gently rinse berries, pat dry with paper towels and pick over. In a large bowl, whisk salt and flour. Toss berries in flour mixture to coat and drizzle with honey. Spoon berries into prepared baking cups.

Combine Bisquick, 2 tablespoons sugar, and milk; mixing until coarse crumbs form. Spoon crumb topping over berries. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
4.
Bake until crumb topping is golden brown, about 18 to 22 minutes. Let cool. Serve.
