- 1 cup caster sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup blanched almonds (roughly chopped)
- 4 Banana (split in half)
- 3 cups Vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup chocolate malted milk ball (roughly chopped)
- ⅔ cup Chocolate sauce
- 1 can squirtable Whipped cream
- 4 glace Candied cherry
Preparation steps

Place the sugar and water in a medium saucepan, stirring to combine. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, brushing down sides of pan with a pastry brush dipped in water to prevent crystals from forming.

Once the sugar has dissolved, cook without stirring until sugar is deep amber in colour. Add the chopped almonds, swirl to coat, and set to one side.

Arrange the split bananas in serving dishes. Pour over the almond praline and top with scoops of ice cream and the malted chocolate balls.
4.
Drizzle over the chocolate sauce and garnish with squirts of cream and a cherry on top before serving.
