500 milliliters milk
Vanilla bean
3 Tbsps sugar
2 lush green Pear
2 Apple (Cox Orange)
1 untreated lemon

Preparation steps

1.

Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into a saucepan along with the rice,  milk, sugar and the scraped vanilla bean. Simmer gently over meidum -low heat until the rice is tender and creamy. transfer to a bowl and refrigerate. Finely grate the lemon zest and juice half the lemon. Rinse apples and pears, core,  and cut into thin wedges and sprinkle immediately with a little lemon juice.

Gently mix the rice with the fruit  and garnish with lemon zest.
