Frutti Di Mare Lasagna

- 6 Lasagne noodle
- 500 grams clam
- 400 grams ready to cook shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 400 grams Lemon sole
- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 150 milliliters white wine
- 350 milliliters milk
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 200 grams button Mushroom
- 4 Tbsps grated Cheese
- butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- parsley (for garnish)
Preparation steps
Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
Rinse mussels and put in a pan with 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) boiling water. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Cook until the mussels have opened. Remove from the pot, let cool slightly and remove them from their shells.
Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
Rinse the shrimp and lemon sole, and pat dry. Cut lemon sole into bite-size pieces.
Peel garlic and shallot and chop finely. Sauté in 2 tablespoons hot butter, then sprinkle with flour and deglaze the pan with white wine. Let the sauce simmer, then add milk while stirring. Sauté the mushrooms in butter, then add to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss the prawns and mussels in 1 tablespoon hot butter, salt and pepper. Then add to the sauce.
Put some of the sauce in a baking dish. Place a lasagna noodle on top and spread some fish sauce on it. Continue until all ingredients have been used. Top the noodles with a little sauce to complete (without seafood) and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
