1 splash Red wine
2 Tbsps Caper
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the fusilli in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, trim and chop. Scald tomatoes in boiling water, rinse in cold water, peel, quarter, core and dice. Peel garlic and chop finely.

Sauté garlic briefly in hot oil. Add bell peppers and tomatoes to the pan and deglaze with red wine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Then add capers and the drained fusilli and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Transfer to plates and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
