- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce (washed)
- 2 handfuls Arugula (washed)
- 1 tin chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Tuna (drained and flaked)
- 7 ozs Cocktail tomatoes (halved)
- 2 red chili peppers (preserved in oil)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Tear the lettuce leaves into pieces and place in a large bowl with the rocket.

Add the remaining ingredients and gently toss them together.
